Hello, we are a platform to ask donation to bay costumes, musical instruments and a van to go to the most isolated areas of the country with our ethnic traditional dances of Guatemala, we are the Nàn-Nikté Guatemala group with 22 dancers, we have been in the field, performed in Guatemala and in Mexico for 10 years without any institutional support. You can know more of what we do for the rescue of the lost traditions of Guatemala and the offorts to perform to poor students and familys in the rural area visiting our other site in : http://etnodanzas.hi5.com We are eager to continue showing our ethnic dances and folklorical performances our emblem dance is Traditional Mayan Wedding in Tecpan in 2,920 based on a thesis of doctorship in History of the Public University of San Carlos, the thesis was issued and lent by her writer Doctor Concepcion Cuxil from Tecpan in the west highlands of Guatemala.
